These rails come pre-lubed with EP2 for smooth and tight operation, eliminating the need for soaking in IPA or degreaser. Built with 440c Hardened Stainless Steel and thicker 6.5mm guides, this rail guarantees longevity.

Our Class H QC requirements ensure top-notch quality: the straightness tolerance of the guide rail is within 0.01mm per meter, and the R groove symmetry on both sides of the guide rail and the slider is within 0.002mm. The height of the final assembly is less than 0.02mm, and the total length of the guide rail and the end distance at both ends are within +/- 0.15mm.
