Purchasing Process and Payment

  • Find your item in the catalog, select quantity and click 'Add to Cart'
  • Proceed to checkout and enter your details
  • Review your order, accept our terms and conditions, and proceed to payment
  • Select a payment method. For card payments, you will be redirected to a secure payment page
  • Once the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation on the screen and via email

Please note that the prices on our website and the applied VAT may vary depending on which country the website is accessed from, due to different VAT rates in EU countries. This ensures you see the most accurate price based on your location. Prices are displayed excluding delivery costs.


3DO accepts payments with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and MobilePay through Clearhaus & Nets. We withdraw the payment for your order when it is dispatched from our warehouse.

For standard orders, payment is withdrawn upon dispatch from our warehouse. For pre-orders or advance orders, we withdraw the payment prior to dispatch, meaning there will be an advance payment for these specific order types.


At 3DO, we strive to dispatch all orders placed before 3 PM the same day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the following weekday.

Please note: If there is no space at your preferred pickup point, your package will instead be redirected to the nearest available pickup point. You will be notified if this happens. For any delivery problems, please feel free to contact our customer service for assistance.

Additionally, specific products may be subject to special delivery terms. These will be clearly indicated on the product page before you make your purchase, so you are fully informed of any specific terms.


The applicable price for the purchase is the price shown at the time of ordering.

3DO reserves the right for price errors, typographical errors, VAT and duty changes, sold-out goods, and failure of delivery from suppliers.

Until an order is dispatched, 3DO reserves the right to cancel the order.


All payment methods are processed via a secure connection (https). The information entered is encrypted (SSL) and cannot be read by others. Card details are sent over an encrypted connection to the server. 3DO meets all the security requirements set by PBS, and we therefore never have access to your card details. The amount is only withdrawn from your account when the goods are dispatched from our warehouse. No more than the amount you approved at the time of purchase can be withdrawn.

When purchasing from 3DO, we register your information: Name, address, email, and phone number. This is done to ensure the delivery of the product. 3DO does not use your information for any other purposes without your consent. 3DO does not share your information with others.

A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or fabrication. Depending on the specific situation, you can have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a refund, or a reduction in price. The warranty does not apply to errors or damages committed by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error. 3DO will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Defects in a product due to natural wear, overload, inadequate operation, accidental damage, or other circumstances for which the Buyer is responsible or at risk, do not constitute a defect and are not covered by warranty.
Wear parts are defined as, among others, bearings, rods, and other moving parts. This also includes the hot parts in electronics and 3D printing, especially hotends, nozzles, heated beds - build plates, etc., as well as associated glass or other coatings. Production errors are covered according to the provisions of the Sale of Goods Act.

We do not accept parcels sent COD (Cash on Delivery).


If a refund is warranted, please provide your bank details in the form of a routing number and account number so the agreed amount can be transferred. These details can safely be provided via email or another electronic form, as they are not sensitive information and will only be used to fulfill the refund.

Right of Withdrawal

A 14-day full right of withdrawal is provided on goods purchased in our webshop.
The period is counted from the day;
- You receive the order.
- Get the last item in physical possession when it concerns an agreement on several different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in several rounds.
- Get the last batch, or the last piece in physical possession, when it concerns an agreement on the delivery of goods consisting of several batches/pieces.
- The first good in physical possession, when it concerns regular delivery of goods over a specified period.
You must bear the direct costs associated with the return. When returning, you are responsible for the item being properly packaged. You must include a copy of the order confirmation in the package. The process goes faster if you also fill out and include our Return Form.
You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery of the goods until we have received the return.
We do not accept packages sent COD.

Condition of the item upon return

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can test the item in the same way as if you tested it in a physical store.

If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of the return. To receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore test the item without actually using it.


If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us back.
In the case of a value reduction, for which you are liable, this is deducted from the purchase amount.

Upon exercise of the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery form other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and within 14 days from the date on which we receive notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The refund will be carried out with the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
