3DO accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay via. NETS. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the order is shipped. All prices are shown including and excluding VAT and excluding delivery costs.
Items are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 1-2 business days after ordering.
3DO strives to ship orders placed before 15:00 on business days, orders after 15:00 will be shipped next business day.
We ship to the whole EU. Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering unless otherwise agreed.
Your items can be sent using CoolRunner or picked up at our warehouse. Warehouse pickup is by appointment only.
NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, your package will be shipped to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If problems occur, contact customer service.
For certain goods, special delivery terms apply. The conditions will be stated specifically prior to the purchase of these items.
The applicable price for the purchase is the price shown at the time of order.
3DO reserves the right to make reservations for price errors, printing errors, VAT and tax changes, as well as sold-out goods and delivery failures from suppliers.
Until an order has been shipped, 3DO reserves the right to cancel the order.
All payment methods are made using a secure connection (https). The information entered is encrypted (SSL) and cannot be read by others. The card information is sent over an encrypted connection to the server. 3DO meets all the requirements set by PBS for security, and we don’t have access to any card information. The amount will only be deducted from your account when the goods are shipped from our warehouse. An amount greater than what you approved at the time of purchase cannot be deducted.
By purchasing from 3DO, we register your information: Name, address, email, and telephone number. This is done to ensure delivery of the item. 3DO does not use your information for any other purpose without your consent. 3DO do not share your information with others.

Right of complaint
A 2-year right to make a complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect handling of the product / service. Complaints must be made in "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect / error. 3DO will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.
Defects in a product because of natural wear and tear, inadequate operation, accident or other circumstances for which the Buyer bears the responsibility or risk, do not constitute a defect nor covered by warranty.
Wear parts are defined i.e., such as bearings, rods, and other moving parts. To this are also added but not limited to, the hot parts for electronics and 3dprint, especially hotends, nozzles, heated bed - blank plate etc. as well as glass plates or other coating. Production defects are covered in accordance with the sections of the Purchase Act

Shipments are not received per cash on delivery.
In case of a refund, please provide your bank details in the form of reg. no. and account no. so that the agreed amount can be transferred. The information can be provided without risk per mail or other electronic form as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our web shop.
The period is calculated from the day;
- Where you receive the order.
- Receives the last item in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on several different items, ordered in a single order, but delivered individually or in several rounds.
- Receives the last batch, or last part in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several lots / parts.
- The first item in physical possession in the case of regular delivery of goods over a specified period.
